About Us Nexetry is a registered business based in the Netherlands (KVK: 72534426, BTW: NL73799136B01), selling apparel including shirts, vests, and hoodies via print-on-demand fulfillment.

Orders & Payment We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud). You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled.

Right of Withdrawal (EU) As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at Olivierheesch@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Custom/Print-on-Demand Products Please note that made-to-order or personalised items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law.
